I'm Walking on Sunshine!
It's been a really long week, but I did end up having a somewhat relaxing couple of days. Every plan I've made for this weekend seemed to fall through so here I am, drinking, watching SNL and updating live journal. I'm pretty disappointed, if you can't tell.

Thursday: I went out to dinner with the girls and it was really fun to just eat and catch up with one another. We got to sit upstairs and watch the game on the big screen and some people play pool. One of them happened to be Boy's brother. It was really weird to run into Michel, but I think it made me kind of angry. He obviously saw me and didn't say anything. I guess I expected a hello or something but this is the second time I've run into him and he hasn't said anything. I'm starting to think he hates me. But just because he decided to stop talking to me doesn't really mean I'm not allowed to hang out with his brother, right? Anyway, after dinner, we went back to the apartment and drank some. Tequila shots are pretty amazing. We attempted to watch Supernatural...but I really wasn't having it. Andy came over per my invite and we just sat around watching movies. Laid back but entertaining.

Friday: The sunshine was definitely out and to take advantage of it, I drove the girls around and we ran some errands. We shopped a bit at Ross and I ended up buying two skirts, a tank, and a tunic/dress. I am so ready for the weather to stay nice! We then hit up Winco for some groceries. I really only needed energy drinks and ingredients to bake with. I dropped off Bug and went home. Hot neighbor boy and his friend were hanging out by his truck. Weird. It felt kind of awkward because we were parked so close to each other and i always run into them. But we have never spoken more than a few words to each other. Oh well. Maybe I'll need to figure out how to borrow a cup of sugar from him. =) Sabrina and I then decided a trip to the liquor store was a must. Then we went home and watched Ugly Betty and Grey's Anatomy. Good shows! The rest of the night was extremely lame. We sat around and made some drinks. I'm really tired of not having any plans.

Saturday: The weather was absolutely amazing today! The girls and I got smoothies and then walked around downtown. We really only made it as far as the bookstore but that's okay. I found two books that sound really interesting. I can't wait to find time to read them! Afterwards, we walked to Central Park and sat for a bit. I love the park- there was a man playing the harp there today and it was so peaceful. Combine that with the laughter of children and sunshine and you have a perfect day! Bug sat and read while Sabrina and I went around taking pictures. I love being able to play photographer but no one ever lets me take pictures of them. Thankfully, Sabrina was willing to do so today and the pictures turned out great! We hung out at the apartment for awhile and watched a movie. Then dinner and Bug went home. Sabrina and I were once again bored and just sat around. Lame Saturday night. I was supposed to go to a friend's party but he didn't get back to me about the details (ie. time and which apartment was his). I'm really annoyed by this because he's a pretty big flake. This is the first time he's invited us over in exchange for how many times he's been invited over to our place. And he didn't follow through. It's frustrating.

Whatever. The weekend is pretty much over. I'm going to finish my drink and lounge around. I need to do homework/study for Sunday and Monday. I guess this is how my weekends are going to be for awhile.
